Did you check it for shaft play? That would sound like a siren or warble. When you clock the turbo the only thing that moves is the housing the compressor

Did you check it for shaft play? That would sound like a siren or warble. When you clock the turbo the only thing that moves is the housing the compressor wheel does'nt move and slides over the turbine wheel shaft. The only bolt that comes off is the one that holds the compressor on and it could be loose but other than that bearing failure? I'd take detailed pics for Sasha and for Comp Turbo then pull the housing to see what happened. But wait till you talk to Comp before doing that.
