Hell yeah, another brave man that turns his own wrench! Do you have a set goal date to have it back on the road?

Thanks Kris!

I hope to be finished by Tuesday but it's highly unlikely. I should be finished by Wednesday though! We shall see.

Some pictures of Day 2 and day 3 (brutal) The instructions were pretty bad at times. Jay Hovah's tips definitely came in handy. Overall, not too bad but I wish I progressed more. Aww well. The weather also didn't help. Humid as heck!!

Day 4 and 5 slow progress ( kinda taking a much needed break/breather). Piping taking longer than expected but i should be done with that by tomorrow. Oil and Water lines completed. I am soo exhausted but I just gotta push through and finish! haha

Where in Texas? If you're in San Antonio I could lend a helping hand wrenching and/or taking photos. You said humid so I'm guessing Houston or surrounding area :)

Nyght 06-14-2017 11:23 AM

I'm in houston. Haha, nice guess!

Day 6: So some bad news, Haha. I messed up the inlet pipe on the passenger side (got the orientation wrong and tapped the hole for PCV hose in the wrong spot) lesson learned and feel like an idiot, aww well. so I am kind of stuck until tomorrow. My tuner (Kozmic Motorsports) said they could fix it for me. Other than that, I'm all finished with the drivers side just need to put on the drivers side testpipes back on.

Plans for tomorrow,

Fix and finish passenger piping.
Put fuel pump back in
Check and inspect
Fluids topped and what not.

Hopefully I will be done soon!!
