Intake manifold pressure gauge question

i was looking at this gauge for my boosted Z and i'm curious why is range only up to 2PSI if i'm putting out 9psi at compressor? DEFI (DF04904) Amber

Default Intake manifold pressure gauge question

i was looking at this gauge for my boosted Z and i'm curious why is range only up to 2PSI if i'm putting out 9psi at compressor?
