I'm putting together my stillen build. I've got an si supercharger, 9 lb serpentine pulley, a 2.87 sc pulley (will be installed if initial hp numbers aren't sufficient), a2a kit, tensioner pulley, s1.se kit, billet hat, walbro 450 with x1050 injectors. It'll be tuned for e85 and 91. I'll be flat bedding my car to Seb hopefully within a couple of weeks. I'll let you know what numbers I get.

Here are my before and after(ish) dyno sheets. I say after-ish because after sending my stuff to Sebastian, he noticed that I flashed tune rev 2 instead of rev 4, so I'm a moron who can't tell the difference between 2 and 4 and who dyno'd on an unfinished tune... Not his fault at all.

Before: K&N Typhoon Intakes, Z1 ported upper and lower intakes, Z1 test pipes, Borla exhaust, tuned w/ Uprev @ Z1.

After(ish): Stillen SC kit w/ Topgunz A2A conversion, TBatt idler pulley and Si Trim upgrade @ ~9 psi, ID1050x injectors, AMS lightweight pulley, F.I. 34-row oil cooler, CJM S1-SE Fuel Return System and billet tophat w/ Aeromotive Stealth 340 pump, Z1 ported lower intake manifold and test pipes, Borla exhaust, tuned(rev 2) w/ Ecutek by Sebastian @ SpecialtyZ

Once I'm able to get on the dyno again with the right tune revision, I'll post up again.

Looks like you must be on just the 8 psi pulley and 3.2/3.2 sc side pulleys. Im also guessing he didnt have much timing in the Rev2 map vs. Rev4.

Your all geared up for E85 also which would give you some great gains.

I bet you're itching to get back to the dyno, I definitely want to see your revised results. I got the rest of my a2a kit (thanks Aaron) on Saturday, my car would be in the shop this week for install but I decided to get my maf pipe powder coated. I get that back on Friday, hopefully my car goes in next week.

Default Update 3/13

Just a quick update on my car.

Installed 9lb pulley last night. The car feels significantly more responsive with it over the 8lb pulley. Next dyno day looks to be at the end of March, so I'm gonna do some datalogging with the 9 pounder to be ready this time. Numbers to follow...

To go on next week sometime: Stillen A/T oil cooler and Z1 power steering cooler. And maybe a Nismo spoiler

Quite honestly, I'm a little scared of E85 right now haha. Once I get a real job (outta the Navy), I will pick up a built tranny. After that, I hope to be on one of those fancy YouTube videos or somethin' haha

Default New Life!

Most of you have probably seen that I was T-boned in my Z about 8 months ago... Well, I can finally say that I am back on the road in a Z!!

I bought a 2011 Monterrey Blue 370 and transferred all of the parts over along with a couple more subtle changes.

Next steps coming for my build (end of the month):

FI Long Tube Headers
Z1 poly motor mounts
New gallery gaskets with EPS hardware kit
New water pump and timing tensioner (convenient maintenance)
Prosport Evo Oil pressure meter (matches my boost and AFR meters)

Once this is all done, I hope to stabilize the tune (I feel like tuning is never "finished" haha) and get to a dyno mid-March! Then back to autocrossing and maybe a couple beginner track days!

Thanks for the advice and following!

Welp, I'm done with this phase of the car haha.

First of all, thank you to you all for advice and help over the last few years. Thank you to jlarson for allowing me to re-home his headers! Thank you and shoutout again to Fast Intentions for great customer service on a secondhand purchase of one of their products (Oil cooler and long tube headers). I hope to actually buy something from them here soon (tow bar, flexplate)!

Final mods on the car now are:
Vortech V3 Si Supercharger with Topgunz A2A
"Custom" supercharger intake
9 psi serpentine pulley
3.15-3.00 SC side pulleys
Z1 ported lower intake runners
FI long tube headers
Borla catback
ID 1050x injectors
CJM S1-SE fuel return system w/ billet tophat and Aeromotive 340lph pump
FI 34 row oil cooler
Stillen transmission oil cooler
Z1 power steering cooler
Brand new gallery gaskets with EPS hardware
AMS lightweight crank pulley (stock diameter)
Z1 poly mounts/bushings for motor, trans, diff

Initial test drive shows 14psi at 7k RPM, but tuning is in progress with Eugene (ByThaBay). Car vibrates a good bit more over stock haha.

Still have the oil pressure meter to add.

Next mods will be more aero/aesthetic. Looking to add a V1 Nismo bumper, Nismo V1 spoiler (or something else, not sure yet), aluminum undershroud, powdercoated wheels (not sure on color yet), 3.69 geared diff.

What did you end up with intake wise. You must have fixed something. Are those the stock pulleys?

I added 3" PVC to before and after the rectangular transition. A minor airflow obstruction, but it's the best I have right now and it seems to hold up. Playing with the idea an aluminum transition piece or something like that through the transition to completely prevent collapse. Right now, the tubing bends slightly inward through the transition.

I do not have stock pulleys. The 9psi pulley is the commonly added one, but my SC side pulleys are the high traction versions from Vortech. If they do indeed eat belts like I've been told, I may order the standard pulleys and swap them out since I still daily the Z.

Logs also showed that I was starting to lean out on top. Investigation yielded that my fuel pressure was 10 psi low, so I corrected that. Weather permitting, I am hoping to hit the tuning hard on Friday.

You went smaller on the jackshaft pulley, sc side?

I haven't seen any issues with vortech high traction pulleys eating belts. The 928 high traction pulley I had destroyed one of my belts but it was a sprayed on coating that was like 80 grit sandpaper.

I recommend the gates k080220rpm belt. I'm using smooth pulleys at almost 17 psi with no belt slip. With the standard k080220 belt I had crazy belt slip with smooth pulleys even at 13 psi.

3.2 jackshaft - 3.2 SC is the stock size

3.15 jackshaft - 3.00 SC is what I have now

The vortech belts don't seem that rough thankfully.

I have an order in for another K080220 belt since the keyway in one of the Vortech pulleys failed and ate the belt, so right now I have a standard? k080220 belt on that is near the end of it's life lol

Yeah, I know stock pulleys are 3.2/3.2. I was wondering why you went smaller (3.15) instead of larger on the jackshaft.

Have you tried the the rpm belt?
