Boosted Performance Turbo Manidold and After Market Headers

Hello,

I need some help. I am installing the Boosted kit on my G and the Turbo manifold does not line up with my stillen headers at all. I have never had any issues before with any exhaust or hi flow cats or test pipes in regards to fitment. Anyone install this kit with after market headers?

The bp manifold fits the stock header perfectly. If the Stillen headers ends up in OEM then you should be good to go.

There's been multiple reports of stillen headers not lining up correctly. I even spoke to z1 about it and they admit there are fitment issues with them and the steering joint. How far are you off?

Those pictures don't show anything fitment wise, but at least you got them installed.

Got any clips of how this sounds?

I don't as of yet. Almost done with the install. Only time I can work on it is the weekends and I take my time. Installing fuel return and I will be done. Than off for a tune

God damn it's been a while lol. I'm going to start installing mine next month. But I'd love to hear it when you get everything up and running. Good luck!
