GTM 90mm belt size
 

Hopefully someone can help me out I currently have a stage 1 gtm supercharger kit and I'm going to upgrade to 1.5 next week I'm also getting a 90mm pulley but I have no clue what belt size I need I wouldn't know till the pulley gets here so my guy can measure what not but I'm looking to have everything here at the same time so does anyone with a GTM kit with a 90mm help me figure out what size belt I need ? Thanks a lot

From my understanding the same size belt will fit all sc kits. The belt tensioner should be able to pick up the remaining slack when swapping pulleys. Im running the same belt from the kit (Bando 7PK2640) with a 85mm pulley without issues mayb some else can chime in :ugh2:

I have the stage 1 .5 upgrade kit with the 90mm pulley.. Used the same belt size as the stage 1 kit.

Where are you getting the kit? I had many issues purchasing through Gamma.. FYI Purchased in Nov. 2016

This is what he got me and what he's charging me

Are new MAF pipes included? If so, what size? 2.75" or 3" . I ask because I had to fabricate my own as Gamma sent mismatched MAF pipes that did not fit.

The guy who installed my kit said my stock tensioner already is not tensioning enough so he doesn't see it picking up the rest of the slack is replacing the tensioner a usual thing with this kit ?

No I currently have 2.5 inch maf pipes the ones that came with the stage 1 kit my tuner said it wouldn't matter changing them as I tune by ecutek and he uses some GTR thing I don't quite remember lol but he said 3inch maf pipes aren't necessary

Any way, I used the same belt and I have the same setup as you will have.
What pulley did you have on the stage 1?

Pulley size is actually unknown I never changed it and we didn't measure it before I put the kit on as I bought it used I'll know once we replace it with the 90 mm but the pulley only made 6 psi 370whp 340 torq
