I've tried 4 different BOV's on my GTM supercharged setup. Turbosmart was the worst for fluttering., Then tried Synapse Diverter valve. I finally found a Tial QRJ that does not flutter, but was loud as I did not circulate it after upgrading my S.C. to Stage 1.5.
My remedy has been to attach a K& N filter on the BOV output flange and wrap that filter with some 1/2 foam. That really quieted things down.
I'd recommend a maintenance / cleaning -lubricating about as often as changing the oil .Or even more frequently. They do stick and using the turbomsart lube does a nice job also..
