What if you upgrade to the Lvl10 bulletproof valvebody and Fast Intentions flex plate? Does that enable the AT to go past 400?
|
Why will it kill the motor...seems to be a very mild hp and torque gain. By the way, I have Setrab power steering cooler, CSF radiator, and Stillen transmission cooler going on the car...hopefully done this week

Gentlemen,
The Stock AT Transmission will hold to 400ftlbs no problem. It is when you get closer to 450 ftlbs to the wheels that the transmission is likely to lose gears 5, 6, and/or 7. We are working closely with Level10 for our AT customers. Our first stage 2 customer is already an AT customer. He will be getting the level10 bulletproof transmission package. That costs just shy of $5k for the works. This customer is shooting for over 800whp and Torque! |

What if you want around 500wtq? Do you still need to drop 5K just in parts for this power level?

My goal would be 500-550 WHP and right at 450TQ SAFELY. |

Here is my dyno sheet: http://www.the370z.com/attachments/f...ztt-520whp.jpg One comment: the dip in torque is my stock clutch slipping a little..but you can see the curve was leveling out already. And here are some comments from my tuner (JTRAN): Quote:
