Possible exhaust leak? BP turbo kit. Help

Please see attached photo. I circled the spot where I see white smoke coming out of. It is a bolt on the passenger side header. Anyone know if it is

I circled the spot where I see white smoke coming out of. It is a bolt on the passenger side header. Anyone know if it is a possible leak or something may have melted on top of it. Could it be that my header may be cracked because of the weight of the turbo? How hard is it to replace the bolt?
