Possible exhaust leak? BP turbo kit. Help

Please see attached photo. I circled the spot where I see white smoke coming out of.

It is a bolt on the passenger side header.

Anyone know if it is a possible leak or something may have melted on top of it. Could it be that my header may be cracked because of the weight of the turbo?

How hard is it to replace the bolt?

Thanks

It is getting cooler outside...so it may be an exhaust leak. With exhaust leaks though, you will hear it, especially when cool outside, especially when you start the car on a cool morning. It will be a "ticking" sound.

I really doubt that there would be a header issue, as those things are bullet proof.

The 3-bolt flange could have a leak though. Especially if not torqued well at the time of install.

Do you notice any smells? Usually this is the best way to diagnose this kind of an issue.

Just as an FYI - the bolt you circled only holds the heat shield in place... There could be a leak in the header that appears to be coming up from that bolt... but just wanted to mention that particular bolt isnt holding any pressure or anything.
