You will probably be fine. Just take it easy on the way back, and have your tuner do a compression test and retune for your area. If this is supposed to be a daily driver, make sure the tune is conservative. Send an oil sample to Blackstone Labs to see if there's too much metal in the oil.

That's when your shortblock fund comes into play.

Shortblock fund, Because Boosted fund, Boosted People fund or Brain Cramp fund ...............This is'nt a joke or something to make anyone afraid , it's a reality of wanting more power. As soon as you dig into that money to fund some obscure unrelated project you're gonna need it for your car. I "kinda" believed it before, until I really needed it. Now I'm a firm believer that having that extra money is like oxygen unless you just like having a fast car sit broken in your garage for a couple months. Seriously , who needs a heat pump for the hot tub and pool when you have a boosted Z?

Do you know who the previous owner is? If AAM did the install, they might be able to tell you how they tuned it (if they remember).

99% of dealerships make their employees pump 87 in all vehicles, even the ones that say premium required. If they find out they pumped anything higher they get reprimanded. That car has been run on tanks of 87, trust me

also it is illegal for the dealer to be selling a modified vehicle such as this, if you bye it just know you are on your own once you sign for it and unless you are familiar with turbo vehicles it will be a money pit, the professional install is irrelevant, things will break and you will pay alot for someone to troubleshoot and repare unless you know how to do it yourself

Hi guys it has been almost two years since I backed out on that deal. I just had a really bad feeling about the car so I canceled everything. I was bummed out. I didnt want to reply back til I bought a car. I just bought my dream car last week. I was going to buy a new nismo Z, but I really wanted a car that was already turboed and ready to go. So I bought Godzilla. Bought it from a dealer. It's a 14 gray, black edition. Low miles, stock. It was at my local Nissan dealership. It checked off everything on my list, color, trim, and year. I jumped it on, didn't have to travel. I am now signed up on the gtrlife forum (wazzup_marc182) is my ID. If anyone resides in the Phoenix metro area, hit me up. Still a Z fan. I will post some pics of the car.
