600+ rwhp Twin Turbo w/ Water Methanol

Carl had his 2011 Nissan 370Z shipped to us from Chicago for a few more modifications as he purchased this vehicle from a recent customer of ours in South Carolina. Earlier this year we installed the AAM twin turbo kit, oil cooler, radiator, and upgraded the thermostat and then tuned it via Ecutek.

New Modifications included the following:
- Aquamist Water Methanol Kit
- HKS M-Fire Spark Plugs
- BC BR Coilover Install
- Turbosmart Eboost 2 Boost Controller
- MT 19" ET Street Drag Radial
- Dual A-pillar Gauge Pod
- Retune (Ecutek)

This vehicle had lowering springs on it prior, the BC coilovers were installed to allow for more ride height clearance as the customer wanted to incorporate a 19" MT ET street drag radial.

The prior boost controller was the AEM boost controller, so we upgraded to a more reliable boost controller in the Turbosmart eboost 2.

The customer also wanted to have a shift light installed as he will be doing a good amount of drag racing with this vehicle :driving:

We incorporated 2 1.2 nozzles on the intake pipes for the water methanol kit, which is the same setup that we have on our shop nismo.

The water methanol kit install came out great as we now have a custom rear cover to hide the kit.

The original spark plugs were upgraded to the HKS M-Fire plugs :p

The customer wanted to have something different done to this vehicle where the side marker lights would illuminate red when the headlights were on, so we delivered.

It was now dyno time :ughdance:

Nice. Is it a stock engine or built?

Kris9884 11-01-2016 11:54 AM

Right on, any other engine mods already?

Ate these water/meth kits full time spray or part time high load only?

This kit is based off of injector duty cycle as we can set it to when it will start to spray by adjusting the gain and offset in the controller that comes with the kit.

Methanol will be a great assent to thermal management for a stock block. Nice.
