1 bar = 14.5 psi
1 psi = 0.06895 bar
1 psi = 6.89KPa
yeah I've always rounded 15psi = 1bar. the celsius would eff me up though.

^ Yeah me too. I wouldn't even bother converting it; if the needle is too high, something must be wrong! Lol

** If everyone is ok with it, I am going to start a new build thread for Lou in the FI Section and probably have this one closed. ***

Good point. I just sent him a PM. I don't see any mods on at the moment either...

I just wanted to keep Black370ZTT, and Lou Fusz's turbo threads seperate you know? Two different builds from two different cars, but both equally awesome.

IBTL lawl. once things are done and more organized it'll be easy to split them off and make the threads a little easier to view.

Running the lines for vacuum/boost/temp and power is not too tough, but removing and reinstalling the dash is what consumes the bulk of the time during install.

With that being said, this is the only place I would install gauges in a 370Z. I never really liked A-Pillar gauges, or gauges mounted on the steering column, or any place like that. I mean, it already comes from the factory with a gauge pod, so why not use what Nissan already provided?
I am well aware of the difficulty required for the gauges to be installed

This is why I'm looking for insights and tips to make my project easier.
Just from the pictures I believe I can see what you accomplished and why it was done that way. It's not going a project that is completed in a day.

I'm looking forward to the write-up as I was waiting to begin final research and engineering until I could see how you accomplished it.

We are very impressed with this build. Kudos to AAM for making it happen, we also love it when quality shops show what you can do with the AccessPORT and what a powerful and easy to use tuning tool it is! We hope to see many more builds from you in the future.

We did want to address a question that was posted many pages back:

I personally have a G37 and have been waiting for timing adjustment to work for months and have a customer with a 370z which just called me today which wants to tune his N/A car and frankly without being able to modify timing anything else is a waste of time! please be as descriptive as possible, I need some heavenly answer to brighten my day!
Chameleon, check out this page: CobbTuning.com - AP-NIS-004 AccessTUNER Tables (Infiniti '07-'08 G35 & '08-'09 G37) here you can see all the tables currently available in our AccessTUNER Software. You can tune ignition timing. Cam timing, however, is still being worked on. There are some unknown interplays between tables that can effect timing, so it takes some experience and experimentation to get the timing settings perfect.

Once again, great build and keep up the good work!

Travis
