Stillen SC idler pulley

I am in the process of installing a used SC kit and the idler pulley bearing has a LOT of play. Is this common? Stillen wants $110 for replacement parts

Is this common? Stillen wants $110 for replacement parts OUCH. It is the pulley that is behind the oil dip stick just under the water fill cap for the radiator. Any insight would be appreciated!
