Another member posted this in one of Sasha's previous threads. That's what you do with the pump power. Then you have to hook up ground, ignition power and the always hot line just wrap it in heat shrink cuz it's not used.

Oh and I highly recommend marine grade hear shrink for anything in the engine bay as it's a weather tight seal.

Here you go if you don't already have it. Now hopefully Sasha will respond to me about buying the rear section of the downpipe I've asked about here and in email. LONG F'N TIME AGO.

Damn. I threw that section in the trash when I upgraded to FI exhaust. I would of given it to you.

The fuel pump kit is very simple to install:

Wire with fused end goes to Battery positive terminal
Black wire to ground

Cut power wire to fuel pump 3" back from the connector.

Connect long red wire from relay, to cut wire on the fuel pump connector side
Connect long green wire to the fuel pump cut wire coming from OEM harness.

DONE.

A couple more random questions:
  1. What clutch set-up is everybody running with this kit?
  2. I already have the 2.5" Fast Intentions exhaust. Is it okay to keep this, or would I need to upgrade to their 3" version?
  3. The Z1 CSC Elimination kit does not fit with the exhaust piping, right? Does the ZSpeed HD CSC kit fit?
  4. Is ECUTek tuning available yet, or is it just UpRev?

YzGyz 05-12-2017 06:17 AM

1: I would get a South bend street or 5 puck.
2: bp Turbo is made for the FI cbx. Many of use have the 2.5"
3: I'm pretty sure the hd csc works. As far as I know, the hd csc sit inside the bell of the transmission. This means it should work.
4: the kit comes with uprev but you can ask Shasha if he can deduct $ for no be tune I believe.

The ZSpeed HD CSC works just fine and I would say is required if you are changing clutches. Just don't pair it with a Spec clutch. Actually it's a good life practice to NEVER purchase a Spec Clutch.

Seb from SpecialtyZ flew in Chicago and dyno'd my Z yesterday.

511hp - 487tq - This was done with the oil-less Comp Turbo that Sasha offered.

Very happy with the results - Charles at CJMotorsports did the install - Can't wait to drive it!

First oil-less report! Thanks. Do you have a dyno graph with psi? Looking forward to how this turbo behaves long term and how your grease maintenance turns out.
