This has happened twice now. I'll be driving along and all of the dash warning lights come on and then the engine drops to idle and will not respond to

Weird problem
This has happened twice now.
I'll be driving along and all of the dash warning lights come on and then the engine drops to idle and will not respond to any throttle input. I shut the car off and restart and it runs fine but the SES light is on. Go to check for any codes and none are set. Anybody seen this problem before?
