I can only say that I'm aware Altered is performing turbo upgrades on two 370's at the same time. Not sure if that has any play in it but just throwing that out there.

Hopefully Jon @ Altered will see this thread and update us soon?

It's not a kit. I a company that makes it all in-house, which is better quality control IMO. Know to say which is better, I can't answer that. But this is the route I choose.

well 7 weeks sounds reasonable...I just followed the whole thread and checked out the post dates. I thought you shipped the car late August?

I agree with you Lou, an in house tuning shop that produces a custom kit is better quality control wise. However, will you ship the car to Maryland every time there is a problem? It's a heck of a road trip from St. Louis to Maryland.

Yep, I shipped it early, they didn't start to work on it until a week after it arrived.

Better maryland, than someone here to work on it. I don't trust anybody in St. Louis They also have done many 350's and GTR's. I think they have some skillz

Lou, I'm in the STL area. Let's meet up after you get your car back and see how much faster it is than my stock Niz...

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay, and you're right, it had been quite a long time without any updates on our Twin Turbo Development. As Lou said, we are building everything in house, from the manifolds, to the turbo lines, downpipes, intercooler, exhaust, everything is built in our shop. And because this particular car was the pilot, it takes a bit longer than any others that will come after it, simply because we want to ensure the best possible fit and finish for the turbo kit for the customer, without sacrificing max power. And with that I'll add....

IT LIIIIIVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!

I'll be putting a seperate build thread together a little bit later today full of pics, videos and of course, dyno numbers!

So since this car is all finished and back to the customer, Lou's motor is coming out this week, ready for turbos!

Hi everyone -

It took us longer than I anticipated to get this kit wrapped up and ready to roll. As usual, we hit some technical but interesting snags a long the way.

So much about the kit has changed since I posted this thread.

I am closing this thread (and then deleting it shortly) and I will be starting an official AAM 370TT thread in the next day or so.

Jon and I will detail the final kit components, go over general information, cover the different kit options as well as answering any general questions anyone has.

Please feel free to pm, email or call us if anyone has any quesitons.

Just wait and see, this is just the beginning of the power we'll be making with the 370 platform!

Thank you to all those who posted and commented.

Regards,

Clint@Altered
