Sticky tires for FI

Sorry, but that is becoming common with a lot of tire places.

well looks like the NT05r's wont work on my nismo due to load rating (talked to nitto rep) and no Mickey thompsons will fit either as the ET Street S/S are for automatics only (spoke to M/T rep as well). Looks like my best option to get some damn traction under boost will be a Pilot Super Sport in a 305 unless anyone has an alternative option I havent considered.

My 305 PSS's don't hook at all in 1-2nd gear.

you do have a few more HP than me but I doubt that would make that much of a difference between traction and no traction with the same tires

First time I have heard of a tire being used for automatics only. Good to know because I was considering those! You mine as well grab yourself a smaller rim for the rear when you want to go out and have some fun.

I just grabbed rpf1's and threw a toyo tq in the back. Blew my diff bushing first day messing around with them. I would say they definitely hook, especially on a roll.

Yea just wanted to give you a heads up on that. I don't see why a AT/MT car would make a difference for if tires would work though??

Great price! I found the MT ET Street S/S 305/35 19 $700 for the pair. Good thing I have an A7 since I did not know these were for autos only.

I just went with 265/35/19 fronts and 305/30/19 rears and it feels awesome. We had some heavy rain tonight and I couldn't even get this thing to spin unless I dropped the clutch in 1st or floored it in 1st at 5.5k rpm or above and it would still pull while spinning. I cant explain but you would still have a very good sense of control and stability while spinning and it still would pull hard..

+1 for the RE-11's

( This combo also fits in your car just barely with radio and cubby removed for gauge install.. )

"Thanks for the email, The manual transmission hit the tires too hard and will cause the radials to spin because the sidewalls cannot flex like the bias ply can.
