The end tire kit...the Air 2 Air...or the 9lb pulley? If ur gonna tune u need to Install it all....each upgrade requires a retune..this will save u time, money amd headaches. If it's only the 9lb pulley that's an easy install. You don't have to tear anything apart....espcially if ur on the Air 2 Air upgrade.... as all u need to do is loosen up ur belt enough to swap out the pulleys.
