Might go up to the 2.85". Thats what I did with the 3" idler and it will tighten it up enough to use.

Is the kit ready to be shipped or is there some build time involved?

You will have to tune it before you drive it. The MAFs are moving to after the supercharger, that changes everything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It should run with the old map but driving will be tricky and you would need to "limp" it anywhere.

I wish I had the throw away cash to go FI. It seems like a waste to buy the water cooled Stillen kit and convert it to A2A. It would be nice if one could only order the parts you need from Stillen and then grab this kit.
But I've had my fun a few years back when I ProCharged my V6 Mustang which was a slow pig and didn't net huge gains, but it was an interesting experience. Funny how we drop all this cash into our cars but it has no value for resell. I traded her on the 'Z' last year. Added the link to my build just for your entertainment :-). Page 5 has a couple runs at the strip. It was my first ever experience on the track. 4.0 V6 ProCharger Project - MustangForums.com Thanks to all of you for sharing your build experience. Really awesome! Last edited by Kzonts; 12-22-2016 at 09:13 AM. |

True. But when you have the kit already with water there is just SO much hp being left on the table. Dollar per pony starts making it a no brainer.
Not to mention how the responsiveness and driveability skyrocket.

Isn't EVERY car like that? You buy a new car and it depreciates very fast up to a point in which it slows down (depreciation). I consider modding a car the cost of entertainment. At the end you have two choices (1. Return the car back to stock and get book value at the cost of undoing everything (2. Selling the car as is and take a hit on all of the goodies you put on.
At some point in the future a bone stock 370 will have "extra" value but for now they are just a car so why not mod the heck out of it and enjoy. Life is too short to drive a stock car. Enjoy them, like everything else, we are only here for awhile. Enjoy the heck out of it!!!!! BTW: My mom passed away last Monday the 19th. It has given me a whole new perspective on life.
