Probably at one time. Not a ton of activity though.

Woo can walk you through it better than me. We are still looking at small details. But it also may have something to do with the version of Stillen kit he has as he is getting slight belt chew on his oem radiator overflow tank which i have never heard of from any one else with my kit.

Topgunz - air to air upgrade
I had to cut/grind down the OEM radiator overflow tank lip so that the belt doesn't get chewed up. Even now the clearance is maybe 1/2 an inch.
Also, even with the extra pulley mod to aid belt slippage, once the underhood temps get hot (30mins of hard curvy road driving) I experience belt slippage above 6500rpm. It's audible as a belt slip.

I don't have tops kit but that seems strange to me, I have beat the hell out of mine at the track in the Florida heat without that problem. Could the belt tensioner be going bad?

How much psi under 6500 did you gain? (worth it?)
Anyone else with this mod notice this?

Have you tried it without the extra pulley? The a2a isn't causing this and if everything is stock Stillen it doesn't sound right.

I'm not saying it's A/As fault. Just thought someone had maybe similar problem. Like I had with the overflow radiator reservoir clearance to the belt.
I did not try it without the extra pulley, it only happened once so far. If happens again I'll do something about it. That might be already next year after the winter though not many drivable days left here Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sorry, I wasn't saying you blamed the a2a. I just feel I have pushed the Stillen kit hard so this seems strange to me. I hope you figure it out!

Was this question to me or JWillis72? I only had the car fully running for a few days now (fuel issues before because stillen sent me a faulty fuel pump and would not own up to it!). I don't have a boost gauge and not sure how the car ran without A2A as I never installed otherwise. I do see exactly 8lbs of boost from logging with ambient of 45-50F. I did notice a clearance issue with the silicone tube that comes out of the SC snail and the driver's side wheel well plastic piece. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah, with the 8 psi pulley and stock sc and js pulley it really doesn't sound like you could be slipping the belt unless your tensioner is going out on you. That squeel could have been something else also since you don't have a boost gauge to watch it drop.

[QUOTE=I did notice a clearance issue with the silicone tube that comes out of the SC snail and the driver's side wheel well plastic piece.[/QUOTE]
I had the same problem with the silicone 45 degree tube coming off the supercharger hitting the wheel well. I cut a piece out of the wheel well and jb welded it back in 1/2" closer to the wheel. This picture is of it halfway through the process, it did not end up this ugly....well maybe it was still ugly in the end haha. I don't have a pic of the finished version though My 45 degree silicone tube coming off the supercharger has a slight kink in it so I bought a 90 degree one... but it seemed like it was going to be too short (not to mention I bought the wrong 90 degree tube because I did not realize it was a reducer) so I just stuck with the kinky hose
