Yeah that y pipe intake is lame! Has to have a shield so as to not get too turbulent of air on the MAF's. Great place for wasps to make their nests and blocks half of my oil cooler!

when I cleaned out that intake it was wasp genocide, those little dudes got sucked to death and were mashed all up around the filters.

I do not think I need to go into the benefits of going Air to Air since anyone reading this will know just how terrible the water system works. Anything over 9psi is playing with fire. The Air to Air is coming in just above ambient on my setup and I will be utilizing an even bigger intercooler on the presented kit.

I am working on making this kit available for purchase. I am going to send all files to a very reputable party to have them build the components. I am going to test fit the first kit on my car then have it dyno tested. I will post results as soon as possible.

Kit will include:
-New Air filter - Eliminating stillen Y intake and small dual filter design
-Piping from Supercharger to intercooler
-Bypass Valve Mount adapter
-OEM bypass plugs for intake coupler
-Treadstone Intercooler rated for 720HP
-Intercooler mounting brackets
-All cold side piping and intakes - 2.75" Custom Y pipe with MAF housings - Blow through design will allow computer to see temps unlike current design
-Manifold Block off plate
-All silicone couplers and T-bolts
-Vacuum hose
-Installation instructions

Additional supporting mods offered: (at extra charge)
-Rigid pulley tensioner bracket
-Main bracket anti-flex adapter

Possible Stage 2 kit:
Upgrade to V1 or V2 Ti/Si head unit - Capable of more power than the V3. Will come with all necessary parts to upgrade to this unit.

This kit will be under $1500 shipped.

The hardest part about installing this kit will be taking the aftercooler out of the manifold as this requires the removal and re-installation of the manifold. Other than that it is about as difficult as installing a Stillen Gen3 cold air intake.

EDIT - Can pull out aftercooler and hacksaw it off if you would prefer. No need to take manifold off and put back on.
First - Do you have pics of this?
Second - Will it also work for my 2010 G37S 6MT Stillen SC?

Two G37's have installed this kit. One is a guy over in Japan who i sold a kit to a couple months ago. He made 501whp. That is the last of our emailing as he is hard to get ahold of.

The other guy is Milkcow500 here on the forum. He made +50wtq over his water setup but needs to find a DynoJet to get standard numbers. His install was a bit confusing as they put the brackets on incorrect and then modified one to fit instead of flipping it around and to the front. Im sure he will chime in and elaborate on this if you need some more info.

Here is a pic of it installed on a G. Also. I have updated the original post with pictures of the kit.

Can't wait to get mine!

TopGunz- the 500whp you mentioned by a member, was that on a stock motor? Did it have 9lb pulley and/or impeller upgrade? Contemplating if it's worth to upgrade the pulley/injectors or to just simply add the a2a. (Cost vs gains) I'm making 449whp now w/9lb pulley.

His name on here is Allenwang. You can try to contact him. No built motor but I think he has an upgraded impeller. Either way, there are so many scary stories popping up of what kind of harm the 9psi pulley is doing to motors with the water kit that I would never run that thing.

A local guy here in the twin cities just had major problems with it and is installing my kit once it's cleaned up.

Ever wondered why a huge R & D company like stillen voids the 36k warranty on the motor AND the kit if you opt for the 9psi pulley?

Yeah I gotcha man, I haven't been driving mine since putting the pulley on and learning all the issues. I'm awaiting ordering your kit when it's available so I can confidently start driving my car again!

Well the last two kits of the 2nd batch have sold. SlyZguy just picked up the last one.

Who else is interested in one? Should I get a 3rd batch going soon?
Jazz8560 and SlyZGuy like this.

Does this upgrade kit require changing to Ecuteck tuning software and adding MAP sensors?

I'm trying to get a sense of total overall costs with my setup. Already have 1000cc injectors and 340lph fuel pump.

On the fence about going E85 and adding RFS.

What's the gas mileage per full tank are you guys with E85 getting on average?

No, this fixes the MAF sensor issue, so you can run Uprev if you'd like to. I'm running a hybrid EcuTek tune that utilizes both sensors.

Ah, OK. I guess that's what the MAF mount relocations are for. I wonder what this kit will do with CA 91 craptane.

If you have easy access to E85, then that would be your best bet honestly. I'm assuming you'll just have to gas up more frequently, but the overall price shouldn't be too different.

Well the good news is that if you stay with 91oct then you wont need a rfs. The only reason a rfs is needed is when you need to pump 30% more fuel due to E85's consumption.

Regarding the MAF's and tuning with Uprev... The stock MAF's should work fine with the 8 or 9psi pulley. However, if you upgrade your supercharger to the Si trim and start pushing a lot more air over that then they can be maxed out before redline. MAF's are strange. I had a long conversation with Sebs from Z1 motorsports about this (you know, the guy tuning most of these cars) and he said that they are a bit unpredictable. One car can max out voltage 1000rpm's earlier or later than the next on just about every kit he has seen on the market.

Again. I dont see this becoming an issue until you are maxing out the kit. And then heck, might as well get EcuTek if your trying to squeeze every last pony out of the car. We have seen it can pull out a good bit more over Uprev tuning. The MAP sensor is pretty cheap anyway.
