There are several different styles of BPV's to choose from. So like any kit, if you want a different style you will need to get that flange and make that work on your kit. It is pretty easy to do and I will help you get the parts you would need to do such a thing. For instance I have had 3 different flanges to accommodate 3 different BPV's so far.
