It might have slipped to the bottom of the box, under the filter so when you pulled the filter out you tossed it out with the box. It is just held on by the clamp but it fits on there good enough that it should never cause a problem with working its way out.

Did you do your own install? Just curious because there is an individual big picture of it in the instructions. It's pretty hard to overlook.

That's Evans. I made that for him to try. I called it the hydra. See the small filter coming off the intake boot? There were two of those plus the big filter sitting in front of the radiator. Actually there were 4 but we couldn't get it to fit. He said it didn't make any more power than the direct fit I sent with the kit. I know there are a ton of guys wanting a better flowing intake, and I don't blame them because yes, freeing it up would make more power.

The only way I have found to get more air into the sc is to move the sc, hence complete redesign.

Is there supposed to be a gasket in the Tial v-band? Sounds like there is and I didn't get one. Confirm?

The shop that installed my fuel system installed a new v band with a gasket on the Tial. I had put plumbers tape as a gasket first time around ... for some reason they didn't like that and re-did it.

I tried searching this thread but no luck. What sort of fuel pressure are you guys running on the return style CJM kits? My fuel pressure gauge reads around 40psi at idle. Does it stay at a constant pressure? I did see a vacuum line leading to the fuel pressure regulator... I don't know how this stuff woorks

Disconnect the manifold line from the regulator, set pressure to 52 lbs, reconnect line. I have the same system.
