GaleForce custom pillar.

EBC is definitely worth it as gate springs will flutter up top. The controller will keep boost constant. Getting one with boost by gear won't cost much more just take a little more to install.

Not sure if RJM helps with pressure but it can be adjusted to give you a larger contact window which I brought up because you said you didn't want an on/off switch.

The GaleForce pillar is a really nice product.

Last summer I installed an Innovate all in one (EBC, A/F, boost/vacuum) gauge in the GaleForce pillar and it turned out great:

I can include these with the kit for those that are interested.

Sasha gets deals on everything! I too have a G37s and preparing for a BP V1.5 or V2 kit. I thought about getting a boost by gear/speed EBC. But our cars hook pretty fast so I'm sticking with the innovate all in one. Pairing it with the innovate oil temp/pressure gauge with GaleForce 2 gauge custom pillar.

I vote for GaleForce pillar and Innovate SCG-1 as well! (I may be just a little biased)

Another option is the Tanabe REVEL gauges, they look nice!

Is that a rolling picture?

I'm pretty sure I was stopped..? Maybe the phone bokeh makes the car in the back blurry? I can see their stop lamps on. :icon17:

So does this gauge/bc, allow boost by gear, or am I over thinking it and just dont mash it in first gear? I only have 275's on the back.

No it does not have boost by gear. With a proper alignment - no stance / ridiculous negative camber - and the power level you are aiming for the car should be driveable with a good set of tires. The tires may spin a little depending on how cold they are, but I don't think the car would be stepping out so much that it would be uncontrollable.

I was just looking at AFR in the 20s and figured you were rolling to the stop light.

I have 275s and first gear is worthless. There's also enough torque to step out on you in 2nd & 3rd when the turbo spools up.

Remember my current ECU has always struggled with idle at a stop. My AFR has never been stoic at idle :(

But hopefully it doesn't step out to the point that you can't control the car? Even when my car steps out I can still keep her straight without too much effort which is why figured he should be ok.

Now, coming out of a turn 17 at MSR onto the pit straight and getting on the throttle with the rear stepping out is a different/scary story..

Really nice gauge, but I want to look around a little more. It is defenitily in the running because I don't want a five gauge pillar. Hoping to get two multi gauge and a BC. I just want to be able to use first and second gear, I could go to longer final drive if I make enough. Were do I get in contact with Gale force? I do like the pillar.

P.S. I will post up the two dyno sheets I have for my car to. It will take a few days(work).

Msg GaleForce on this forum. He responds fairly quickly. He probably will msg you first after reading this. Very avid reader on here. You'd have to do a lil research to get the boost by gear/speed boost controller. I'm only getting two the innovate oil temp/pressure dual gauge and the innovate AFR/boost controller/shift light gauge.

2nd gear traction should nor be an issue with the right tire and camber. I have a set of 295 AD08's on my car and in the summer they hook in 1st with 460pwhp and 420ft/tq. RE11'S will also do well in similar conditions. My old PS2's wouldn't hook in 2nd with the same power.

Shasha, do you drag race? I also have a request of a picture of the underside of a car on your lift. I always wondered how much or what can be worked on with e midrise lift.
