This maybe a dumb question so please don't kill me. But can you run the stock flywheel (lets just say it had very low mileage) and just switch the clutch when going turbo?

As long as the pressure plate you select bolts up to the OEM flywheel you should be fine. |

You could, but ditching the stock dual mass flywheel is a very noticeable and worthwhile upgrade. Flywheels aren't that expensive in the context of a turbo build. The only drawback is really the increase in noise.

So I look at Summit racing, What do you guys use to tie it to the pipes, and how many ties should I get? Also should I get the t4 turbo blanket?

Just get a roll of safety wire and the pliers. Don't use the ties.

I got the heat wrap and blanket now, so next thing I wanted to work on was the fuel system. What type of return style are guys useing? I like the CJM S1-S Fuel System, VQ37VHR does anyone run this and how is it? If not are there other options out there? thank for the help btw.
