Can you make the revs drop to idle any quicker? I love a responsive engine that revs and drops as quickly as possible. Also, can you retain synchro rev match

Can you make the revs drop to idle any quicker? I love a responsive engine that revs and drops as quickly as possible. Also, can you retain synchro rev match ability?
