I can do alot but I'm not a mechanic. I did my install with help from a friend that owns a shop. Everything I did was made easier with the lift but it was all 100% doable on stands at home. I made a few slip ups here and there with the caveat that my profession involves guns and not wrenches. If you get the kit, take your time, double check connections, invest in a turbo blanket, wrap everything including your wiring harness and then do a triple check on EVERYTHING you touched. Do all that and you wake up boosted with an awesome kit that will draw looks from the spooling sound it makes on the road and people looking underneath will be in awe of Sashas work on the manifold and recirculation. All this.

Oil cooler and spacer is included. You'll need the clutch (and csc, flywheel also recommended), gauges, boost controller, a mile of header wrap, a radiator if you live in a hot climate, and a good tuner.

Just a tip. If you plan to run an oil temp sensor its an awesome idea to take the spacer to a machine shop as soon as you get it and have them drill it and tap for 1/8 npt. Another piece of cheap insurance is a turbo blanket. I still have to tap mine but I got the turbo blanket post install after melting my trans harness. My fault for not raising the harness high enough but the amount of heat thats produced by the turbo is incredible and the blanket would've saved me tons of worry and heartache. (New harness 1900.00 /splicing is free but a pain.)

The kit comes with a JWT spacer, the difference between that and the AAM spacer is the 1/8 npt port, so I'm pretty sure it works. Thats also where the AN fittings attach to the spacer.

Also.. would you want the oil temp sensor in the pan? Or in the pressurized feed just after the oil cooler? I haven't installed one of these, so I am really just thinking outloud here...

BP V 2.0 turbo kits...ROUND 3 place your order now

Not directly from Sasha it won't but you could have the downpipe custom fabricated to make it work. I had to do that to get it to fit with my Fast Intentions exhaust since this kit isn't 'made' for a G. It's that or buy an exhaust that fits the kit directly. |

I shot out an email to Sasha but can anybody give a part no. and source for the air filter? Turns out my heat damage extended to the top of the filter. It's ugly
