Would it be worth it to pay 6.5-8k for a twin turbo rear mount setup?

Noice... You should be able to make some nice power with ease. If you haven't ordered the turbo yet, I'd look into an FP HTA version of the GT35R - they call it the HTA82.

has nothing to do with the price of a turbo comapred to a sc by themselves.

Let me know if you go. I'd love to see that bad boy. I've been talking about going out, but seems like I'm busy every time there is a test and tune. I think they quit running in late Oct. or definitely November..Need to check the site.

But no, I haven't had my car out since stock back in June. Now that I have all the mods, I don't know what she'll run. I think another reason I haven't gone out is cause I'm still on the stock clutch and it scares the crap out of me to launch it hard. But I guess I can always baby it. Can't wait to see that TT set up. You should put some vids up for sure.

The universal TT kit goes for about $3k. I would suggest you guys call STS. I spoke to them 2 months ago, and I believe the more interest they see in the kit the more likely they will make one. I decided not to do any mods until I here from them. Their turn-key kits go for $5k. I don't wanna waste money on unnecessary mods.

I spoke with them about 5 months ago, and expressed interest in being one of their test mules. I was quoted out about $7k WITH free install and said forget it. I understand this was because on their test mules they want the best stuff, but honestly I was looking for something around $4-$5k and didn't mind installing myself if it's as plug and play as they say. I would totally jump on a $5k TT setup that comes with EVERYTHING you need.

Single turbo kit will retail for $6495 and include front mounted intercooler, blow off valve injectors and tuning...

StillenZ 10-13-2010 08:41 AM
