I'd give it at least a few months before spending any money on their products. I'd let others test the waters and see what their reviews look like. Caveat emptor and all that rot. But I've gotten pretty cynical in my old age, so YMMV.

I applaud GAMMA, this was a smart move and a JUST move. The community is strong when we stand together and having "SAM the SCAM" employed there made for bad business image. That alone would steer business away... Im certain that this thread made it to their eyes.

Almost feel bad for him but then I remember the hundreds of people out thousands of dollars. Well nonetheless, hope he learns from his mistakes.

Now, let's see what Gamma can do.

Working out the deal Sam was giving us to make sure it holds true with the new CEO. Who knows if what Sam offered us off on the next 6 kits was approved by Amin.

Update. My discount on the next 6 kits are authorized. Waiting on a new price sheet and then I should be all ready to give out estimates.

I also addressed the warranty on the current supercharger kit I have in stock and will confirm it will come with the same warranty as the V3 kits available now for anyone interested.

Wish I had the extra :twocents: right now because I would love to honestly have one of those twin supercharger kits if still available.

Not sure if I can believe this. I would be more willing to hand over cash if Gamma can make all the people who have paid up front for the V3 and other parts that are owed whole again.

Everyone has a right to protest. However I think the company needs to start making money in order to negotiate with those who are outed.

For anything not immediately ready to ship I will only require a deposit. Otherwise payment can come via PayPal, Debit or Credit card paid to Vivid Racing, not Gamma.

Just waiting on the price sheet and will then start replying to PMs requesting pricing.

Ousting that scammer was just a first step which gamma should have done in the first place. Don't forget they still haven't made good with the group buy guys. Imo, they don't deserve any support from this community and other until they delivered complete kits owed to those guys.

Gamma doesn't legally have to do anything about GTM/Sam's screw up. The fact that they are offering to take care of the upset customers of GTM to try and earn them as customers is their own marketing decision and a favor they were doing because Sam was aboard. They don't have to offer anyone from the Group Buy anything, yet even after Sam is gone they are still doing so.

At this point if you don't want to take a deal that Gamma is offering then there's a line for the lawsuit against Sam and pretty much stealing money from the group buy people.

Its Option A or Option B at this point

Legally they are not but morally they are selling parts that belongs to the guys in the group buy. Those guys are members of this community. We are all here to support one another if some people have forgotten that. Gamma is banned from here and myg37 for a reason. I still stand by my comment.
