So I order a S/C kit last year before GTM went bankrupt. I ordered the tuner kit without the tuner, injectors, and FP. Agreed on 6900. Like a dummy I wired it. Well after all Sam's BS he sent me what they had after a year. The kit without the SC and pipping. So he stalled me out til it changed over to Gamma which Sam still works there just a part owner changed the name. Sent what they had probably for legal purposes so the new owner can wash his hands free. So I email Gamma directly. Owner says GTM went under cause they were selling quality parts for too cheap and they wanted to keep my business so they will credit me the 6900 but I need to come up with 2200 to get the rest of the kit. Seriously? 9k for a S/C kit. I think Stillen is pretty much quality and the kit is 7k and TT kits go for that price. So he's basically saying pay 2200 take it or leave it. Also saying legally he doesn't have to do anything. So if you have a order from before your not getting anything. I screwed myself by taking a chance on GTM and I'm not going to agree with the terms he sent me. I'm trying to find out what I can do but Cali bankruptcy laws favors GTM. I wouldn't send them a dime. I'm here just to warn everyone, these are the type of buisness that ruin aftermarket support for the import community and raise the prices. if your in that group buy or ordered parts Pryor they aren't gonna make right and the owner is gonna tell you what he told me pony up more cash. Which who knows if he'll will deliver. Don't talk to Sam he's just there to BS you. I have the emails so I'm not a fake customer just hating. Glad they are banned here cause they do not to be selling parts in this community.

I know we're not suppose to post about them but I've read some optimism on GTM on a come back. It's not. They will do it again. Then you'll be in my shoes. I have myself to blame for taking a chance and I got burned. I contacted them last week. I know this has to go through approval but there is a lot of people still waiting that don't know what's gonna on and it looks like they are gonna try to wipe their hands free cause they changed their name and not make things right. This needs to be put out there. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that man. Many people have been very screwed by GTM and all their business practices, myself included. I'm actually in the middle of a small claims case, and if you wanna get in touch for some help, reach out to me.

Iam in the exact same boat,dident do my research,sent money to Sam for a stage 2 sc kit last year,been pretty well left in the dark since then,Sam ignores me,gamma said I might see my kit December or january,if I want the kit in 2weeks I would need to pay 4000$ more,so over ten thousand dollars for a sc kit I already payed for,I am trying to be positive and hoping I'll see the kit when they say,December or january,I'll keep everyone posted what happens

Op, do you mind posting their email response for everyone to see? After the last time Sammy boy posted saying the rest of the parts are being shipped out. I find it difficult to believe they would go back on their words.

Actually this seems pretty par for the course. At this point I'm beginning to think it's their business model.

I also heard if you send $2,200 to this Nigerian Prince he will give you $6,900 plus your $2,200 dollars in return. Seems like the new GTM is just a new take on money transfer scams.
You'd have to be pretty insane to believe someone will just give you that much credit because they feel bad for you. But how bad can they feel for you when in the next breath they are asking for more money.

I'd actually like to reach out publicly to the admins in this post, as well as other members and ask if we can all keep this thread open, and civil. I wouldn't care either way, but I'm sure me and OP are not the only ones stuck in this situation, and I would like to have it resolved for everyone. This is a good community that shouldn't be screwed over like that.

That being said, both Sam and Gamma Motors have refused my calls and emails, so I'm going to continue with the legal actions required.

thats crazy,...I hope everyone gets thier issue resolved. I cant believe they have been getting away with this. I have a buddy who got screwed like that by a vendor...well he took a drive out there and face to face them. Put the guy on the wall and threatened to kick his ***, he brought people too. Needless to say he payed up, you just cant go around screwing people like that. Some one somewhere will eventually hold you accountable

still don't know how sam is still breathing at this point. the number of people he has screwed out of big money I would have gotten on a plane to go see him.

I would just like to point out the part of the email saying the reason that GTM went out of business was due to their low prices.......that's the only reason? lol

In all honesty anyone who thought they where going to get their products once GTM went Gamma was hoping for the best. I am not a GTM fan boy by any means but they do not have to honor or make anything right. Sam new exactly what he was doing when he took everyone's money and filed BK. Sounds like he needs a nice limp to go with those head issues of his..

Wow! I am sorry to hear about this OP. Hopefully you can do something to get your original money back. The whole "we are not legally or morally responsible for your transaction with GTM" would send me up the wall!

I think GTM/GAMMA needs to be talked about if it's stays on the subject of people getting parts or getting screwed. For example: I expressly stated that I wanted the 88mm pulley but come to find out, even with false varification by the train wreck in Tampa, I have the 92mm/8 pound pulley. I would like to get the 88mm but would like to see what is happening with other people's situations before I try. I can't do that if we can't talk about it. MODS please reconsider.

Sorry to hear about this man! Glad i got all my stuff before this all went down but at the same time it pisses me off BC I have a product that's getting a really bad name! Good luck man!

I had to fight tooth and nail to get Sam to send me everything, I even had my wife call and when that happens things change one way or the other. I bugged the sh!t out of Sam and with some help from a couple of guys at GTM and a lot of help from Andrew I finally got everything. But this was actually the EASY part of the journey.:rolleyes:

Dang man! Ya everytime I'd call and ask about it he said, ahhh you don't need it your making enough power already! I even told him I just want it to throw on for numbers sake just to dyno it and see what it's capable of, not to run it all the time on that. He still didn't even want to sell it to me... So strange.

Have y'all tried contacting DE5.0? He offered to show up in person and personally ship people's items from G TM. Maybe y'all could work a deal out that no money changes hands until the 'supplier' can place the parts in hand.

Yes, he still works there and is the person who picks up the phone. They do not accept credit cards which is garrison size red flag for me (in addition to all their history) to move on. Paypal's dispute process isn't nearly as consumer friendly as CC.

The issue now isn't shipping, but rather Gamma is blackmailing GTM's past customers/victims into forking over more $$$! for the parts that they had paid for! Someone correct me if I'm wrong :confused:

That's no doubt but for one single piece and not a kit, it might be an option for some. I wouldn't give Sam or anyone that will into business with him a penny but I'm also not sitting with any of their parts on my car. Some have expensive kits needing replacement parts for.
