We just got a 2011 370z in the family to start our NA project but I dont know if we are going to go very crazy with it. First we have some catching up to do anyway.

Cheers, i will keeping an eye out for the build. I just want something to complement the jwt cams when they come out with an more aggressive version

Oh boy. Here we go Charles! Might have to finally visit you and go over some ideas! I'll have to get there before snow hits the ground though lmao.

You are killing me Charles! I just about have what I need saved to get your fuel system and road rage setup. Now I need to save for turbo manifolds and intake manifold too? I may as well just start sending you money up front, lol!

Those are some sexy pieces of metal.

Sub'd.

I was going to modify the stock headers into turbo headers but this option looks way better. I'm really interested in purchasing.

Progress has continued. I should have more pictures to share early next week showing the entirely completed passenger side with wastegate and downpipe which has turned out so gorgeous.

There is a gt28 turbo on the way here, and after it gets here we can finish up the driver side stuff. I want to see if the smaller gt28 will need the custom motor mount bracket also, or if it's just the really large turbos.

We are already building a set of manifolds and down pipes for the customer who is lending the gt28 for test fitting.

Pricing is pretty much set on the manifolds, I just want both sides 100% done before I post it in case something pops up... Also I want to have pricing on the water pipe and motor mount bracket so people can figure out total costs.

Anyone who is looking for a set asap is welcome to PM me and we can talk price and time frame. Otherwise I expect these manifolds and downpipes to be available for typical ordering on the website in 4-6 weeks.

I'm super excited to get these behind us and then start building this intercooler I have designed in my head. I'm trying to make it cool enough that people already rocking an expensive kick *** complete turbo kit on their car are tempted to buy mine as an upgrade. Hopefully what I have in mind will work out.

This is sweet. I just saw and read this. Was building the manifolds a pain in the butt? I'm asking cause I've tackled a tubular manifold design earlier, and it's been a difficult journey but it's all coming together.

Keep up the awesome work man!

Oh here is mine if you want to see.

A huge PITA!

Nice work!

With more individual products like this coming into the market this will make our platform much easier to personalize your build..this product may help me in my quest of switching to twin turbo by piecing my own kit together without having to buy a complete kit....oh how my brain wonders in all the joys lol:stirthepot::excited:

Some pretty cool news... Our very first test-set of manifolds that we built over a year ago (on a friends 350z for about 20,000 miles now) just hit the dyno at Dynosty to get a retune of it's Haltech this morning. It made 884rwhp Dynojet (23psi E85 9:1 C/R) with a pair of GT30s, stopping as the fuel injectors and fuel pump both ran out about simultaneously. Justin, being considerate of his DE oil pump, had Dynosty keep the rev limiter low, and all this was done with just 7000rpm.

So we have some positive looking preliminary test results here and some testament to our fabrication durability as well.

Those manifolds fit up only slightly different than the latest version, which is why I stated we are not sure yet if our current manifolds will fit the Z33 chassis (they probably will).

BTW the tuner at Dynosty (Hal) commented that Justin had completely filled the full throttle logging since his last visit a year ago. The Haltech in Justin's car stores 30 minutes of full throttle logging. The car is driven almost daily and has somewhere around 20,000 miles on its current setup, and the engine is a CJM long block that was built in 2004 with about 70,000 miles on it now. Last year when building the turbo manifolds for it, Justin removed the upper oil pan and slid-in some fresh main and rod bearings just for peace of mind... but ultimately its a 10-year old long block. VQ > All.

Soooo lets get this production going! Lol 1 set of manifolds and an intercooler please :stirthepot:
