GTM Turbo / Manifold question
 

Are the GTM turbo manifolds the same regardless of what turbo size you go with? For example, is the manifold the same whether you go with the small GT28 or a GT30? Also, are the turbos they use off-the-shelf Garretts? It looked like it, but I'd rather be sure.

On a note more related to your question, wouldn't it be related to the exhaust housing flange on the turbo? If they are the same size between all the housings then I would think they would be the same, if not then the obvious answer would be they aren't.

Hijacking this a bit since it's manifold related, I'm also curious about whether a different exhaust housing is needed if one were to switch from internal to external wastegates.

True, but I was hoping someone knew offhand. Dammit, this is the370z.com. I should be able to ask a dumb question and have the answer spoon-fed to me.

All of the turbo manifolds are the same. They are a t25 compatible housing.

No just different down pipes and wastegate equipment and tubes

Perfect. So any t25 housing turbo out of the Garrett catalog will fit?
