Stillen Air to Air setup

So I was at 9.5psi in Denver. That should be 13 at sea level. I think You have a pulley setup for more psi then me and you are at

So I was at 9.5psi in Denver. That should be 13 at sea level. I think You have a pulley setup for more psi then me and you are at sea level so you might see 14 if you can avoid slip and flex. I have no idea how that relates to maf voltage increases. But you will be flowing 33% more air than I did. Might be pushing those stock mafs.

Anyone know the calculations?

Right now I have the impeller changed and the 2.75 on the sc but we have lots of options.

It all apart again down to pulling the injectors but we still cant find a problem. we swaped MAFs, FAM plugs and cleaned the MAFs but the voltage stays with the Y pipe. They are pulling the y pipe with the coupler to make sure the straightener is straight inside it. The tuner say it is acting like it has a vacuum leak but we can't find one.

Default Stillen Air to Air setup

We added a catch can on the PVC hose then back to the way it was with the Stillen stock set up, now that it's not metered air could that be causing problems?

Nothing a tune couldn't fix and I wouldn't expect that to have any impact on getting different MAF readings.

Frustrating.

That wouldn't be a vacuum leak. Adding a catch can off the PCV system requires a retune, as I understand it, because you are running leaner since the vapors off the head aren't being recycled anymore.

I'm vented to atmosphere and it didn't cause MAF issues.

Okay we will keep digging, something just isn't right. Stillen is sending new MAF extensions over night to check that off the list.

Cant you just stick the old pipe on there to see if it is related to the new setup or not? That way if she still doesn't idle you can eliminate the piping as a problem.

Just get them from summit racing or something. They are called breather filters.

They even sell them at O'reillys. That's where I got my nice metal mesh ones.

But for this exercise you could just pull those hoses off both ends and throw them out completely. Nothing will get hurt just starting the car and letting it idle.
