Just painting everything as we speak. I also purchased a 3" honey comb air straighter for my pipe right before the mafs. Topgunz was telling me about it, I watched a few videos and I was sold. really cheap too 20.00$.

Here is the volute clocked 180. A 45 degree coupler fits well off the end.

A flow conditioner. We use those all the time offshore for metering when we don't have enough straight pipe to get a good reading.

You could, but it will then need to go under the shroud or wrap around with more bends.

It's pulled toward the crank pulley, which loosens and misaligns the serpentine belt. The resistance to spin the blower gets greater the more cfm/psi you produce. So the belt has to pull harder as rpms and load increase. This is my understanding of it all. Someone should mount a GoPro on the car during a dyno run.

I should try going with a fixed serpentine idler pulley instead of that tensioned one. I think this would help a lot.

Yes ,Pro is right.

the charger will pull towards the front of the car.

My tensioner plate on the back of the blower bent when I tightened it up, this is why I had the bracket made.

Thanks for the feedback guys but I'm a bit confused. Towards the front and towards the crank pulley are kind of two different directions. Is it kind of both then? More like towards the radiator if you could draw a line?

Trying to figure out a good solution for anyone who wants to go for high psi.
