I've been trying to figure this out for the traction control. It's not going to work on the gauges you have but we are going to try it through the OBD port to see if we can read it.

The EcuTek hijacks the OEM cluster Oil Pressure gauge to indicate the Slip Control setting.
The Ecutek also hijacks the Cruise Controls on the steering wheel to set the Launch RPM.

I also don't have the OEM cluster gauges anymore ... so AAM is installing a manual rotary switch in order to set the Slip.
Once set to your liking then it is only a matter of tweaking it a position or so to accommodate different road conditions.
Here is the link to that switch - it is actually a custom motorcycle shop and the switch is located about halfway down the page so keep scrolling:

https://www.rbracing-rsr.com

Hope this helps ...

That helps a ton, thank you! Is it the one with 3 switches on it? Do you know how they tied it into the car?

It's actually a single switch ... click style rotary ... Either 4 or 8 positions.

AAM ordered it for me [and have already received it] so I don't know the price just yet.

Their engineer at AAM checked it out and says it will work with EcuTek.
[I'm not 100% sure just how it will be wired in].
You might try contacting the EcuTek tuner or EcuTek Support for the particulars.

I'll probably physically mount it in the 3 place blank by the cup holder.

JUST CHECKED THE SITE ...
Seems that they've upgraded their system to the 3 switches.
The single rotary switch isn't on there now.
Try contacting them to see if it is still available.

That is what I just found when I went back to their site.
The site has to have been updated within the last month or so since I last was on it.
That is their newest one.
The single switch one I was referring to isn't on there any more.
Give them a call or email to see if they still have the single one in stock or if they can make one for you.
You really only need the 1 switch for the slip control.
It looks like a regular tear drop selector switch on the outside but the electronics underneath are the heart of it.
But that 3 switch one looks to be pretty awesome if you have a use for it.

I'll pump AAM on the details once they get it installed ...
But what I've been able to piece together is that they will be using the 1 aux input to the ECU to feed the out put from the rotary switch.
That's my understanding of how they explained it to me.
What that means in Engish ? - I don't know... ;-)

They are scheduled to put the motor back in with the stage 2 TT upgrade, then wire it all up and put the dash back in.
[Installing a few Innovate gauges and a 5" Defi racer tach].

I've given up trying to figure out how long it will be.

Any idea how or if these function on a G which has no factory gauges?

I guess that will depend on what the switch ties in to and if the G has it.

The sender is the same on both cars and obviously the ECU knows EOT so it's possible.

As soon as we get the new supercharger we will start trying to come up with a way for it to work.
