This was one of my very few cons of the pros/cons list of each kit. BUT, sounds like they have a custom one too! How much protection does the crash bar provide btw? Is it a must to install the aftermarket? Damn kit costs just keeps adding up.

Lovely. In Kaliforniastan it's not a good idea in front of local authorities.

I'm running no crash bar at all. The FMIC, although expensive, is a crash bar in itself. The FI replacement is made of steel and most likely provides more impact resistance than the aluminum OEM bar |

Frank, your gonna have to introduce me to tony when we're down there! Lol. Unfortunatly my car won't be there now, with my motor going but I'm passing the idea around with going F.I. TT since my motor will already be out.

Z are just a better performing car due to the short wheel base and lighter (400lbs) To sum it up, you will find more people to relate to cause I'm a modded VQ. If Q60 comes out with factory TT you will see a boom in the G forums again. Now is Z's a better car? Will that all depends on your wants and needs. Blowing the doors off a Vette with two hot bitches sitting in my backseat is a plus compared to a Z. |

Dude, at these power levels, weight savings doesn't add up to much. Weight really only matters off the line anyway and don't worry about that, you won't have any traction thru 2nd gear

It was Tx, then Ok, Then ID, THEN AZ! LOL Spent my high school years here so when my family moved back to Louisiana I stayed. Not a place in the world during football season I'd rather be than there (It's like their religion, but oh man those crawfish boils before gametime. AH!) but I'm happy here in Az. Everything is nice and new, busy, lots of opportunity to make money. Lousiana...not quite as much. They enjoy their booze, football, and frog legs.
