Default Easier access to BOV for GTM SC's

So, I've got one of the Stage two GTM SC's with the turbo smart BOV. While I love the kit, I hate having to take the front bumper off all the time to re lube the BOV. My thought, would cutting a small access hole in the under tray be an acceptable solution to this, or is that a no no.
