What happens in the cases of our cracked or in my case a hole... is that there is oxygen within the iron cast or the mix of iron and heat was not ideal causing weak spots in the manifold... After many heat cycles the Iron much like a clay brick begins to develop cracks if it is not the right mixture or temperament. In the case of oxygen you will find a massive hole where it heated up and blew out a chunk and then cracks... When these are produced in high volume you end up with issues like we have seen affecting multiple people. This is why I am hoping GTM will offer an upgrade path at a discount for current owners... I also talked to Todd and yes GTM was expecting them to be ready earlier but look at it this way would you rather be where you are now 6 months to a year from now... or would you rather enjoy your new manifolds for years to come? You can choose to be pessimistic but please keep the drama out of this thread. Thanks!

No drama here but the fact of having almost 10k invested in a turbo kit that is now busted with nothing but excuses to boot on how it happened. I understand the mechanics on why and how it happened but now you seem to think its all better because gtm has had an epiphany and all is good now. Well it isn't along with many many others who have cracked manifolds as well. Yes I'm tickled in my boots that gtm is redesigning new things to sell and this time around our hard earned money will be sent out of country making disputes impossible.. Call me sam and lets have a talk, you know my number...

Is that a ceramic or metal substrate cat? If it's one of the "high flow" metal types, I doubt it will last long under boost. The s2k's blow right through them in months depending on driving/hp though I do understand they are flowing quite a bit more through one exhaust pipe (the stock F20/F22 blocks put our similar numbers as the VQs).

I got them and modified them and now I have a running car no issues *knock on wood* and we are running 930rwhp on pump gas daily! Calm your roll or

I don't care where and how you built your turbo kit and to be frankly I would like to know why you so ready to try and make gtm look good now that they have come out with something new? What are you getting out of it? All sam ever does is blame his bs on other people and things because he's not man enough to own it. The man should be in jail for all of the money that was not refunded when he knew he was filing to bankruptcy. So please keep pushing your crap with gtm and threatening me with the moderators here. What did you expect to start a thread and have everyone back on the gtm fan club after what he did here to many people. If you did than your a bigger idiot than I thought... Anyone want to bet gtm is somehow sponsoring this fool to promote more of their crap because they were banned from this forum... I am also going to fcuk with GTM again as long as they fix the manifolds and deliver peoples product on time. I would do business with GTM under certain conditions. One I will not be transferring any funds directly to Sam account. Two, I will either pay via Paypal or CC and use either as a safety net in case his word's doesn't match up with his action's. GTM catalog is too good for me to just do away with them. Sam is inconsistent but he is a man that knows he has no other choice but to do right from here on out or else GTM will come to an end.
Mine you they're on life support so SAM can't afford to fcuk up, this is GTM last opportunity to make it right for they sake. Lastly, I opted to post my comments on my own. No one made me write this for the record nor am I getting any favors for this because at the end of the day SAM can kiss my *** however I am willing to do business with him once more if he can follow through on his words. Update- A Gamma Motors V3 TT got delivered to me on October 28 like literally right before I left to Sema, I was extremely excited. It was amazing that in the first few times I talked to Amin, he did more in a few hours than GTM did in over two years, him and his team would religiously keep me up to date via emails and calls, it was awesome. Finally when it was shipped, it was delivered in less than a week. I haven't had much time been extremely busy being sick and lots of work I will try to add some more details later.
