Typical GTM. You don't have the product you paid for years ago and we promised months (or years) ago? Well, forget that crap and check out this new product we worked up while not developing your product

Funny? Not so much. Deceitful? Yes. Criminal? Yes.

Sam should be in jail. Getting pounded daily by some guy named Molly.

Blind man can see that you have it out for GTM and very right to do so.

Only time will tell and regardless if Sam can reinvent the wheel it won't bring your money back or months/years of waiting.

Was one of the lucky ones. TT kit 10k miles strong runs like a champ. Any major problems happen in the future I will be forced to go IF or AAM. No one is prefect, but I'm welling to pay extra for a great customer experience.

Sam should get pointers from Z1 and CJM. Yea I said it, but it's not like it isn't the truth.

Yes its easy to tell that is not the Z bay. Maybe they are stating this just to get their name thrown around to try to get some face time again. Albeit negative...

I am only saying this as to inform not to push or promote... There have been some major changes in regards to the direction with GTM. I will not be able to go into any more details but I will say this I hope that the new changes have a positive influence on their business practices... it will be a long road ahead of them.

That is for the VK56. And Yes they are working on a kit for the VQ. What your hearing from us is not because they asked us to share but because we wanted to. Sam actually told me not to share and that they would release details once it is done...

If this is true and they are trying to salvage their business they need to do a few things to live on.

1. kill off Sam. he's a cancer to their business at this point.
2. change their name and start new.
3. get on their knees and blow the TT group buy customers they bent over and went in dry on.

Major changes? If so, they don't appear to be changes for the better.

The ability of customers to contact the shop has gotten worse it seems. The group buy they took money for several years ago still isn't finished, yet they are working on completely different projects. I wonder when they will start taking money for the VQ rootkit SC

Sam, if you're reading this. You really have to keep the communication line open. I really appreciate the call, but more communication and delivering on promises is the only way you're going to be able dig your way out of this.... I've been calling for a long time before you rang me back today. But thanks for the call, need a lot more of that...

He told me that he's been trying to hold on to his technical guys through this situation, and they've been working on more projects. He also said that the V3 turbo kit WILL ship. But estimating 60 more days. Apparently the castings situation has been fixed and now all they need is piping. I'll definitely believe it when I see it. But that's on Sam to keep us informed.

In the meantime, sounds like GTM has been working on a roots supercharger kit. He sent me pics so far.

In his words: "As i told you on the phone we intend to deliver the V3 kit and we have couple cool things in the works as well like a root style supercharger we started with doing the V8 Model and we are jumping on the VQ 37 VHR shortly , here are some pics on the root system ."

Hopefully GTM will dig themselves out of this one. But Sam needs to keep me and everyone else in the loop and deliver to do so. Companies live and die on customer service, and GTM has some catching up to do. Show me. Thanks Sam.
Beware! Group buy coming soon!

JARblue,

They have moved to a new shop... and are in the process of setting that up. AS what was stated months and months ago that if they did move it would take months to get setup... Would you rather them take orders they cant deliver or get into a place where they can get better? What difference is calling and complaining going to make when they have to get their business back up in running to pay people back?

I am with you they should be more reachable and more clear. However, they are being extremely careful with the reopen as to not sink themselves from Sam's previous mistakes... he is not calling all the shots on this...

sam shouldn't be anywhere near the picture let alone be in it at this point.

please tell me they are going with a new name right? lol

I just think it'll be hard for anyone who knows about what GTM did to buy another product from the same "rebuilt" company.

starting anew with a clean slate would be the smartest way for them to get back in the show and make some money......sadly we will still probably know who they are and struggle to buy from lol

That's all well and good, but I'm not talking about new customers. Its not like they declared bankruptcy and no longer had any customers. What about the people who still had their car at GTM's shop? Are they just supposed to not be able to speak with the shop while the shop gets their $hit together after scamming other customers using shoddy business practices? After all, this thread was started by someone who is a current customer and unable to reach the shop after going through four different phones numbers.

All I'm saying is that there does not appear to be any major changes in a positive direction. If there are positive changes, GTM should be trying to play them up. Instead it looks like they are hiding even more than before. Of course, it doesn't help when people come on here and post other projects they are working on. That just makes it seem like the same old shop - take money for one product, don't release it, and put that money in R&D for another product to take more money. If they think they can rework everything on their end without any publicity and then claim suddenly that they are a different shop with a different attitude, that's simply not going to work.

I think the main takeaway here is that after posting, I was able to hear back from Sam. GTM has not closed up shop (though they moved/downsized). The number on their website is the one to use to contact them. There ya go. Found what I was looking for. Thanks guys. The purpose of this thread is done.
