Anyone heard from GTM?

Hey guys. Has anyone heard from GTM in the past month or so?

I'm on my 4th number for them (909)296-6300 and no one ever picks up anymore. Rings and goes to voicemail. Haven't heard from Sam in the last probably 2 months. I'm still leaving messages at that number and emails. But I've heard nothing.

If anyone has any info, that'd be great. I'm STILL without my MHI kit group buy money.... week 48 waiting for refund.... paid in June 2013...

Pretty much everything for my build is at a standstill until I can get this resolved. I'm beyond tired of it.

omg man where have you been? I will make this quick and easy because this thread is certainly going to be shut down fast!!
GTM filed bankruptcy, knowing that they had it planned all along they still accepted money for their new turbo kit. If you have not filed something through your bank or credit card company by now you can kiss your money goodbye..
They were suppose to move to another location since all of their depts. are gone now and start all over again.. Sorry bud...

Yeah, well, thanks I've been here the whole time. Was just asking who had been in contact.

So Sam called me shortly after posting. He said that he can't post to this forum anymore/was blocked or something. Apparently they're down but still not out.

Sam, if you're reading this. You really have to keep the communication line open. I really appreciate the call, but more communication and delivering on promises is the only way you're going to be able dig your way out of this.... I've been calling for a long time before you rang me back today. But thanks for the call, need a lot more of that...

He told me that he's been trying to hold on to his technical guys through this situation, and they've been working on more projects. He also said that the V3 turbo kit WILL ship. But estimating 60 more days. Apparently the castings situation has been fixed and now all they need is piping. I'll definitely believe it when I see it. But that's on Sam to keep us informed.

In the meantime, sounds like GTM has been working on a roots supercharger kit. He sent me pics so far.











In his words: "As i told you on the phone we intend to deliver the V3 kit and we have couple cool things in the works as well like a root style supercharger we started with doing the V8 Model and we are jumping on the VQ 37 VHR shortly , here are some pics on the root system ."

Hopefully GTM will dig themselves out of this one. But Sam needs to keep me and everyone else in the loop and deliver to do so. Companies live and die on customer service, and GTM has some catching up to do. Show me. Thanks Sam.

Yeah I'm sure he Is going to ship out new exhaust manifolds to all of the guys including me who's gtm tt kit ~CRACKED~....!!!!
Do you have any idea of how much time and money it has cost meand many many others because of their bs?
I hope your reading this sam and your lucky I don't fly to cali to put this cracked manifold straight up your anus!!

I have nothing invest in GTM and never will. I still can't believe people are still believing/willing to believe that GTM will put out. That's just stupid. THE DUDE LIED TO EVERYONE INCLUDING HIS WORKERS!! If he was Pinocchio, his nose would be prodding the Moon by now. Well, maybe not. Some of the people will see that big wooden stick of a nose beacon and run up to him, break it off and beat him with it.

GTM screwed over so many people, im still baffled why not one person has done the above. Or have they but refrain from posting so that they dont goto jail?

Edit: I don't know the situation of GTM. All I know it I too also own a GTM TT kit, so by default I would like for them to make a comeback for my own reasons. No one likes owning a car you can't get parts for.


Having the time for R&D on a s/c and not customer service is mind boggling and making me want to scream.


Why purchase anything if all you hear is a bad rep? It don't matter if they can make a boosted VQ37VHR that can blow IF or AMM out the water(not implying they can). If your customer service is questionable I'm not investing a damn thing with you. With that said, they're plenty of other threads/post about GTM, and how bad they treated other people, so this isn't anything new.

Sam,

If you're going to make a comeback please lean your attention on a larger customer service, and get the sponsoring back on the forums with current testimonials. Drop what you're doing cause the community is more considered about how you treated people in the past and not what you're making for the future. Work on all the refunds and promises you made to the people that are still waiting on their parts. Proof to us that everything you been doing in the past is the past.

Just want to be able purchase parts from you in the future again and not have to change a complete kit somewhere else because of your bad business decisions.

Listen I get where your coming from but sam already knows this but chooses to be greedy instead. I went through vivid racing a month ago and tried to purchase one of their new redesigned exhaust manifolds and waited almost 2 months on a deadline sam himself gave todd and vivid and guess what he missed the deadline and I had to have vivid refund my money.. Nothing will change with sam because he knows how to weezel his way out after he has your money.. Anybody would be insane to ever use gtm for future business. I now have a busted car with a built motor for insane boost and out almost 10k for his twin turbo kit.. Don't you guys find it funny he has time for r&d to design more crap while filing for bankruptcy and not wanting to refund your hard earned money you gave him??
