I need a replacement part for a NISMO knob!!

I have a titanium NISMO shift knob in my Z and after a couple of years and Florida Heat the rubber piece between the knob and the leather boot started to melt. Can this peace be ordered separate? is there another part I could use thats maybe made out of a different stronger material? I called the dealer and of course they say it comes with the knob.
