EVO-R Fog Light
 
Well:shakes head:
My EVO-R fog light not working,water went inside
Dissembling/cleaning did nothing, don't work anymore:confused:
Emailed EVO-R ,on 11/24
He told me was gonna send me another, still waiting:rolleyes:

I have two or three LEDs that are out I have not had time to take a look at it

You'll be waiting a long time. Evo r isn't in the business of actually shipping products. You'd be better off buying a new one from someone else.

As many people as that piece of **** has scammed on this site, it's a shock he hasn't been permanently banned. Vendors should be held to a higher standard.

Had a terrible experience with them twice in one year. First with a group buy where they didn't deliver and just held money for a few months. Then ordered fangs for my car. Which took a couple months to come in even though they "had it in stock". Finally got it in the mail and the part didn't even fit.

I buy everything I need for my car from, "TheZStore" now and couldn't be happier.

Careful. A lot of the items there are Evo r. That's actually the best way to buy Evo r parts. The z store will tell you when things are out of stock and refund money when asked, both things Evo r can't be bothered to do.

I got mine from the Z store but I had to re glue the lens cover prior to install. So far so good and I like it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

You can modify the JDM light to hold a dual filament bulb. Add a brake light controller and have it flash any way you want. Plus if the bulb dies, you can change it quickly for a couple dollars. Less than $100 and fairly easy to do.

When i was removing the stock dummy fog, the cover broke and striped the top bolt,:shakes head:
i love the evo-r light , but for now im going to silicone the cover back and forget about it, maybe Jay send me another.

Wel, that where I got my foglight, from the zstore, called them and they told me to contact evo-r that the part did not come with warranty.

Same thing when I broke my 3 piece evo-r front lip side, told them, could you get me another side(not for free), their reply ok will contact evo-r, :icon18::excited:they never called back or emailed.them 6 month later hit a dog and the lip broke, so not more lips or fog for me

I know there's a lot of **** talking here but my gf ordered me evo-r CF carbon mirror covers and they shipped the same day she paid and EMS from china delivered it on December 26th.

My only other dealing through them was Zstore

You're one of the lucky ones. That doesn't make Evo-R a decent vendor. You're an outlier- a satisfied Evo-R customer.

Got carbon fiber mirror covers for Christmas, they showed up on Dec. 24, not sure when my wife ordered them but at least they arrived.

Make that three. Jay is difficult to get a hold of but (bless his heart) he does try. I ordered some parts from him and it was rocky but I got the parts. I found that calling his number or sending emails to his company is useless but a PM from here gets response......Mostly.

I bought the rear fog lamp and switch-harness from the Z-store. Not EVO R-This lamp is incandescent. Made the mistake of taking it to a dealer to install. No "approved" instructions from Nissan. They made it sound like brain surgery or something. I should have DIY'ed.

I agree with the people here with bad experiences. I bought the light from EVO-R and they told me the red one was discontinued. Come to find out, that Fontana Nissan has it. So I bought it, and emailed EVO-R for a return/refund. I have completely given up on them. Lesson learned! Thank goodness it was only a lesson that costed me ~50 bucks...

We always have red version in stock. You must have bought from Zstore and they don't carry red one.
