Fender vents - which one...
Want a pair of vented fenders, all the available vented fenders look the same, admittedly Fly1's I like and even Carbon Signals, but with PA roads, I fear the fenders would get torn up in short order with chipping.
I have 2 fenders coming and looking to do one of the following, I like the MRWorks GT version but would like to keep the turn signal light. The other is one I found on Bulletproof's blog, a tad different setup as they put the vent in the skirt. I would still keep it in the fender. Sorry about the size of the pics. Here are pics of both. MRWorks fender vent http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/551...3sfavorite.jpg Unknown from Japan, but digging this design, can make it easily functional and still retain the turn signal indicator. http://www.bespokeventures.com/blog/...7bed447993.jpg http://blog.bespokeventures.com/wp-c...0fb3ee73f5.jpg |
I vote #2

I thought there was an option for turn signal on #1 (well, a body shop could make it work if you want), but otherwise I like #2 as well.

Any further away pics of #2?

#2, only if you can make it functional to the engine compartment.

What do you think about these?

I personally have the Varis front wide fenders, but they're not for everyone I guess. https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...81847270_o.jpg https://scontent-a-dfw.xx.fbcdn.net/...70680586_o.jpg https://scontent-b-dfw.xx.fbcdn.net/...43528124_o.jpg Let me know if you have any questions! :tiphat: |

Yes I designed mine and had them made through my partners at DTM Autobody. Expensive but at the cost of like 4 -5 sets of varis fenders!!!
