Side mirror

My passenger side mirror was hit last night and the mirror cover was almost totally taken off. The mirror itself is fine. Does anyone know how to take the cover

The mirror itself is fine. Does anyone know how to take the cover off and a put a new on back on? I went to an autobody shop and the mirror cover is a separate part so it must be put on separately.
