Found this ad, besides Extreme, does anyone make these fenders? Know MR Works did a fender without the center divider that looked pretty much the same but was a one

Vossen wheel ad - Hot wheels fenders
Found this ad, besides Extreme, does anyone make these fenders? Know MR Works did a fender without
the center divider that looked pretty much the same but was a one and done. Have read about quality of duraflex products, that's why the question.
