any one know a sight or have any information on install?

in one of those picts the guy talks about that black plate he pulled out and cant see anything from the below (looking up into the rear bumper) pict. :D

looking at the service manual it appears to be forward of the fog lamp housing.
i'll know sooner or later. :p

and the taillamp housing pulls out towards the back of the car, not forward as mentioned in the DIY.

^^^^^ haha thats what i meant man forward as towards the back of the car.... :tup: and the pic of the black plate cant be seen cuz it was still mounted.... plus its only like 1/16 thick metal so its pretty hard to see...:tiphat:

Just did the install this morning, it is pretty straight forward to just take the black panel out and pop in the rear fog light. If you are doing the wiring it will take longer, but I will be doing that at a later date.

yah, you're right. i was under there today and got the wiring done but
my lamp wont be here for another week... :ugh2: doing the backup
camera wiring at the same time. :tiphat:

i also recommend masking under the tail lamp when removing the lamp.

i own both GE and GD, actually. :p my wife uses the GE(AT).

I can't get the stock dummy fog off. I spun the nut VERYslowly but the post spins with it. Too much locktite on mine.

Any suggestion how to hold the post? Im probably going to drill through the dummy and hold the post with my pliers...
