It's a B grade because there are minor cosmetic scratches on the housing or glass. Opened mine up today and it only has minor scratches on the top side of the housing where I will never see it once installed. It even has the amber compass. I haven't installed and powered it up yet, but they are all supposedly tested. Beware though, YMMV.
