Authenticity of these Bride seats
Hey Guys,
Need some help here please! Not sure if anyone has any experience or knows exactly how to tell if Bride seats are real or not? Maybe a vendor could chime in? I've searched everywhere online and can't seem to find a definitive answer. Asked around locally too, most think it's real but there are some who think it's a replica also. Here are some facts; MODEL: Bride Brix 2 leather/mesh Why it could be real... - Stitching is perfect, no weaves etc whatsoever - Don't think fakes come in this finish - Bride logo embroidery is perfectly stitched and centered - Bolsters and finish is smooth and tight - Tags and stickers look clean and legit - Overall finish is perfect and balanced Why it could be a replica... - Didn't know Bride logo on headrest came curved. From my understanding they are all 100% straight. But some other Brix 2 online that claim to be real look exactly the same - Tags and stickers still could be fake - One of the seats has a xax2 sticker and also this model could be Brix2 or Ergo2??? It's an older model and couldn't find too much info on it. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!! |

The bride logos just look off to me. I can check my seats when I get home and send you some pictures of the markings to see if they are at least in all the right places and what not? I have a set of Stradia IIs

Can't really compare it to stradias though cause it's a much newer model and differently designed. I compared to my friends digo TypeR which is 100% legit and couldn't tell. Only thing I could see was that the logo is straight. |

Also you can get in contact with Bride USA and they may be able to help you authenticate your seats.

Bulletproof beat me.
Magnet to the frame is the easiest way to authenticate the seats

Those curved logos make it look fake to me. The most important question that you didn't address is who the seller is? Did he buy them new or used? If they can be traced back to an authorized Bride dealer.. Groovy. If not, I'd pass. Too many reeeally good fakes out there.
