it has the anti-submarine system. It is safely anchored to the both the frame as well as the tower brace. And as noted the stock seat belt is also still on board. Thanks for the comment.

The use of the tower brace other than what it was designed for is NOT SAFE!

And you do it at your own risk!

Im sure the Op is aware of this, and could understand not wanting to put others at potential risk for his opinion.
